Well, Its seems as though for the first round of the playoffs it will be, The Rebels Vs The Jets of Harlem.
Please do not be foolishly blinded by the first 2 times we met. The first time was a fluke, The second time we had a war and only lost by a point! A whole point when you girls were supposed to come in there and obliterate us but failed miserably! And the 3rd time will be the charm with the JETS prevailing of course.
And then off to the championship where the Jets will be named the First ever Gridiron Elite Superbowl…. Champions.
So on December 5th Home of the Rebels, Home of the Gridiron Elite league there will be a battle of the titans, We are gonna separate the men from the babies and have a game of cataclysmic proportion.. See you Girls December 5th

Pee Wees Defeat Kings to earn Number One!!

In Gridiron Elite Pee Wee play, the Rebels came from behind in a decisive victory to beat the Bronx Kings, 42 – 28.
Royale Jamison and Malik Wilder – the team of Batman and Robin, led the Pee Wee assault on the Kings.

Super Prep defeats Wolfpack. Can they get to Hillburn?

Earlier this season, the Super Prep team lost to the Brooklyn Wolfpack 8-6. There were many mistakes made that game, and the Rebels allowed a safety and game winning touchdown to seal the loss. Since that game, the Rebels went on a 5 game winning streak, and have not looked back. Until Saturday evening. The Rebels remembered the feeling of losing such a close game. They remembered how many players missed that game, and how many mistakes were made to keep the Wolfpack in the game. They also remembered how much they wanted to line up in front of the Wolfpack – just one more time….
The stage was set. The contest that all wanted to see. Neither team disappointed.
The Rebels confused the Wolfpack all night on offense with motion and new formations that have never been seen. Defensively, the Rebels attacked and harassed the Wolfpack Quarterbacks all night, sacking them for a total of 5 times for 60 yards. However, the Wolfpack passing attack proved to be a bit much for the Rebels, as both scores were through the air. However, the Rebel ground game and defense proved to be too much for the Pack to handle.
The final score was Rebels 20- Wolfpack 14. The Rebels have now beaten every team in their division to finish in the Number One spot overall. At press time it was still unclear who the Rebels will face in the first round of the playoffs. No matter who it will be, the site will be “Rebel Stadium” home of the Gridiron Elite – Saturday, December 5th.
Can they get to the Championship? You gotta believe!!! Championship Bound Rebels, Believe That!!

After a league bye week, the Rebels were back to work in Gridiron Elite play. Unfortunately, the Kings were ready, but the Rebels were not, as the Rebels suffered their first loss of the 2009 season. More to come on the game…
