Rebel Football Registration Info

Parent and Players,

Instructions for joining Rebel Football.

1) Visit our Home Field (Evander Childs High School – 800 East Gun Hill Road) during practice and speak with a member of our Parents Committee to obtain the proper forms and inquire about fees.  We practice every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:30 pm – 8: 30 pm and every Saturday morning from 10:00 am – 1:30 pm.

2) All forms that require parental signatures, doctors signatures, must be turned in for the Student Athlete to be considered registered. Players not completely registered will not be uniformed for games or scrimmages, and will not be allowed to participate in the program.

3) All documentation with the exception of the Registration form which MUST have a doctor’s stamp, MUST BE NOTARIZED.

4) Parents that pay the child’s registration fee ONLINE through the Rebel Pay-Pal portal, will receive a $15.00 discount on registration costs.

5)  ALL players, on ALL levels, must bring the following documentation with them to register for our program:

a) All Rebel forms

b) Government Identification (i.e. – Non-Drivers, or Drivers License or US Government issued Paessport)

c) Copy of a 2010 School Report Card

6) Sibling players will receive a 15% discount with each completed FULL PRICED registration. (One player @ full price – the sibling @ the reduced price)
